What are your children eating?

According to a recent study, most kids consume 25% of their calories in the form of junk food; French fries were found to be the number one vegetable source in children's diets.

Soft drinks consumption among children has more than doubled since the late 1970s; most 8-year-olds consume soft drinks every single day, and the phosphorus in these beverages can leach calcium from bones.

Hot dogs, cookies, and sweetened beverages are among the top 10 foods consumed by infants and toddlers aged four to 24 months.

Did you know most children don't get enough DHA from diet alone? A recent Canadian study found that only 22% of subjects tested received the suggested amounts of DHA, which is needed so the brain can work.

What can a parent do? Well, consider using dietary supplements that are made with supersafe ingredients to help bring out the best in your kids, like smart noggins.
